Dear Future Science Fair Judge,

Thank you for showing interest in our Annual Science Fair. This year the Science Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2004.

The Science Fair is one of several exciting activities in which the students will participate this school year. It allows students to express themselves in a variety ways. There is much work involved in researching a theme and producing a display of scientific discoveries.

We will provide refreshments for the volunteers from 8:30 AM 12:30 PM in the Media Center. The volunteers will be briefed before judging the project display boards and interviewing the students. The judging/interviewing will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room from 9:00 AM 12:00PM. You will be asked to judge/interview at least 10 projects.
